- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
5. User Content and Conduct
You are fully responsible for the content you share. The following content and conduct is prohibited:
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics
- Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
- Any content that sexualizes or endangers minors; such content is removed and reported to the competent authorities
- Violent, threatening, or content that promotes harm to self or others
- Spam, phishing, malware, or other malicious content
- Sharing personal information of others without consent (doxxing)

- Realistic AI-generated content presented as authentic without the required AI label (see Section 9)
- Automated or bot-generated bulk content without authorization
6. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Flompt. However, by posting content, you grant Flompt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with our services. This license ends when you delete your content, except where it has been shared by others.
Flompt and its logo, features, and functionality are owned by Flompt and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
6.1 Machine Learning Training
Only if you have separately enabled the 'ML Training Consent' toggle in the Flompt app (Settings > Data & ML Consent), the public prompts you publish (private prompts are excluded) may be used to train Flompt's recommendation and content moderation models. This use is strictly limited as follows:
- Only PUBLIC prompts you authored — never private prompts, comments, or messages
- Output filtering is applied: models do not emit your original prompt text verbatim as their own output
- No sale, license, or transfer of training data to third parties
- Withdrawing consent in the app stops all future training inclusion. Already-trained models are not retrained, but your data is excluded from future training runs
7. License to Use the Service
Subject to these Terms, Flompt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our application
- Use our services for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Use scraping, data mining, or automated tools to collect data
8. Subscriptions, Credits and Payments
Flompt offers optional paid subscriptions and consumable credits used for in-app AI features. All purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which act as the merchant of record for your purchase. Prices, credit amounts, and included features are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
8.1 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your App Store or Google Play account is charged until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions; Android: Play Store > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. If the price of your subscription changes, you will be notified through the store and can cancel before the new price takes effect. Free trial: where a free trial is offered, its length, the credits included during the trial and the price charged after it are shown on the subscription screen before you start. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Trial eligibility is decided by the App Store or Google Play, normally once per account.
8.2 Credits
Credits are a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use certain in-app features. Credits are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. The following rules apply:
- Monthly credits included in your plan reset at the start of each billing period; unused monthly credits do not roll over
- Purchased credit packs do not expire; they stay in your balance until you use them
- Where offered, credits can be earned by watching optional rewarded ads; earn rates and availability may change at any time
- Credits are forfeited if your account is deleted or permanently terminated for a violation of these Terms
- We may change credit prices and which features credits unlock; changes do not affect credits you have already purchased
8.3 Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms; Flompt cannot issue App Store or Google Play refunds directly. To request one, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com or the refund process in Google Play. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK: a Plus subscription is a service whose performance starts immediately, and credits and AI outputs are digital content delivered immediately. By completing a purchase you expressly request that performance or delivery start at once and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once delivery has begun and for the subscription once the service has been fully performed; if you withdraw from a subscription before the period has been fully performed, you pay only for the part already provided. If you are a consumer in Turkey: services whose performance begins with your approval before the withdrawal period ends and digital content delivered instantly in the electronic environment are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Credits spent on a generation that fails or is refused are returned to your balance automatically. Your statutory rights in respect of defective services remain unaffected.
9. AI Features and AI-Generated Content
Flompt hosts AI prompts and offers built-in AI features such as image generation. The following rules apply:
- Images generated with Flompt's AI tools are labeled as AI-generated and carry machine-readable provenance information; you must not remove, hide, or alter these labels
- If you post realistic AI-generated content depicting real people, places, or events, you must mark it as AI-generated
- AI outputs are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose; you use prompts and AI outputs at your own risk and are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them or republishing them
- Inputs you submit to AI features are processed by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy
- You can report offensive or unlawful AI-generated content directly in the app
Rights in AI outputs: as between you and Flompt, you own the images, videos and text you generate with AI Studio, and Flompt claims no ownership of them. Whether an AI output can be protected by copyright depends on the law of your country, and similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. Outputs are produced by third-party models (Google Gemini and models hosted on Replicate) under their providers' terms, which may restrict certain uses; you are responsible for complying with those terms and with the rights of others. Flompt may keep prompts and outputs for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy for safety review and may remove outputs that violate these Terms.
10. Content Moderation, Reporting and Appeals
To keep Flompt safe, we moderate content using a combination of automated tools and human review. New prompts are reviewed before they become publicly visible. Automated systems, including AI-based classifiers, screen content for violations of these Terms and applicable law; flagged content and user reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We may remove or restrict content, limit its visibility, or suspend or terminate accounts.
- When we take action against your content or account, we tell you which rule or legal ground the decision was based on and whether automated means were used (statement of reasons)
- You can appeal a decision to remove your content or to act against your account, free of charge, within 6 months of the decision: in the app, from the notification about the decision or from Settings > Privacy & Security > Moderation History, or by emailing [email protected]. Appeals are reviewed by a human
- You can report content, comments, messages, or users directly in the app; anyone, including non-users, can notify us of allegedly illegal content by emailing [email protected]
- You can block other users at any time; blocked users cannot message you, and their content is filtered from your experience
[email protected] is our single point of contact for users and authorities, including under the EU Digital Services Act. You can contact us in English or Turkish.
11. Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to copyright complaints, including notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To submit a complaint, email [email protected] with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The URL or in-app location of the allegedly infringing content
- Your name and email address, and, for DMCA notices, your physical or electronic signature
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law, and that the information in your notice is accurate
Affected users may submit a counter-notice to the same address. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required by law. Where we act against your account for a content violation, the statement-of-reasons and appeal process in Section 10 applies. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Flompt does not guarantee:
- The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of user-generated content
- That the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results from using AI prompts shared on the platform
- That defects will be corrected
You use AI prompts and generated content at your own risk. We are not responsible for outputs from AI systems. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted. Statutory guarantees available to consumers under EU or Turkish law are not affected by this section.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOMPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory law of your country of residence. For consumers in the EU and Turkey, this section applies only to the extent permitted by those laws.
15. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flompt, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. However, if you are a consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and nothing in this section deprives you of the right to rely on those laws or removes the jurisdiction of courts or bodies that mandatory law grants you. Please contact us first at [email protected] — most disputes can be resolved informally within 60 days.
16.1 Consumers in Turkey
You may bring disputes before the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) for claims below the monetary threshold announced each year, and before the Consumer Courts of your place of residence for higher amounts. These rights cannot be waived by contract.
16.2 Consumers in the EU/EEA and the UK
You may bring disputes before the courts of the country where you habitually reside, and the mandatory consumer protection law of that country applies to you. You may also be able to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your country. The arbitration provisions in Section 16.3 do NOT apply to you.
16.3 Users in the United States — Arbitration Agreement
If you live in the United States, you and Flompt agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. The following applies:
- Class action and jury trial waiver: disputes are resolved only on an individual basis; you and Flompt each waive the right to participate in a class action or to a jury trial
- Opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement, without penalty, by emailing [email protected] with your username within 30 days of first accepting these Terms
- Informal resolution first: before starting an arbitration, you must send a written description of the dispute to [email protected] and give us 60 days to resolve it
- Mass filings: if 25 or more similar demands are filed by the same or coordinated counsel, arbitrations will be organized into batches that proceed in parallel; applicable statutes of limitations are tolled while a demand is pending in this process, and the outcome of one batch is not binding on other claimants
- If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular dispute, that dispute shall proceed in court, and the remainder of this section remains in effect
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. For material changes, we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page, updating the 'Last updated' date, and notifying you through the app. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the service and delete your account before the changes take effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
