Child Safety Standards
Last updated: February 17, 2026
Flompt is committed to the safety and protection of children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content on our platform. This document outlines our standards and practices to prevent, detect, and respond to such content.
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
Flompt maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any visual depictions of minors in sexually explicit situations
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way, including AI-generated imagery
- Grooming or solicitation of minors
- Sharing or distributing CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)
- Any content that exploits or endangers children
2. Content Moderation
We employ a multi-layered content moderation system to prevent CSAE content from appearing on our platform:
- All user-generated content goes through a mandatory review process before publication (Pending → Reviewing → Approved/Rejected)
- Dedicated admin moderation team with trained reviewers
- 8 report categories available for users to flag inappropriate content
- Avatar and profile image moderation pipeline
- Automated detection systems to identify and block prohibited content
3. Reporting Mechanisms
Users can report suspected CSAE content through multiple channels:
- In-app reporting on any prompt, comment, message, or user profile
- Email reports to [email protected]
- All reports are reviewed with high priority and within 24 hours
4. Enforcement Actions
When CSAE content or behavior is identified, we take immediate action:
- Immediate removal of the offending content
- Permanent suspension of the offending account
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities
- Cooperation with law enforcement investigations
5. Age Requirements
Flompt enforces age restrictions to protect minors:
- Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or their country's digital consent age in the European Economic Area, 13-16 depending on the country)
- Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
- Accounts found to belong to underage users are immediately suspended
6. Collaboration with Authorities
Flompt actively cooperates with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations worldwide. We comply with all applicable laws regarding the reporting of CSAE content, including mandatory reporting requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
