Flompt is primarily a mobile application; the website at flompt.app is a marketing surface. This page describes the cookies and similar local-storage technologies we use, in compliance with KVKK 2026 standards (separate notice from the Privacy Policy).
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, and IndexedDB. We use these to remember your preferences and to keep you signed in.
2. Categories we use
We use the following categories on flompt.app and in the mobile app:
- Strictly necessary: session, locale preference, CSRF protection — cannot be disabled, hizmetin çalışması için zorunlu
- Functional: theme (light/dark), accessibility preferences, dismissed banners
- Analytics: anonymous page-view counters and error reporting (Sentry) on the website; product usage analytics in the mobile app (PostHog, EU region) — only if you accept while signed in, anonymously outside the EEA and the UK while browsing without an account
- Marketing: not currently used on the website. The mobile app may show personalized ads if you opt in via App Tracking Transparency.
3. Third-party cookies
We do not embed third-party advertising trackers on flompt.app. The mobile app uses Google AdMob, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and PostHog product analytics (subject to your consent while signed in; anonymously outside the EEA and the UK while browsing without an account); see the Privacy Policy for details.
We will update this page if a third-party tracker is added.
4. Your control
You can clear cookies via your browser settings, or refuse non-essential cookies on first visit. In the mobile app, manage analytics and marketing consent via Settings > Data & ML Consent.
Refusing non-essential cookies does not break the site — you only lose remembered preferences.
